Today is soap box day!
Yes my boys, girls, bears, men, women, transsexuals, and bisexuals, and undecided…
It’s time to search YouTube for some good old fashion hate.
NOM, for those that do not remember 2009 stands for National Organization for Marriage. They were behind producing a video to frighten people that us “gays” will be destroying their life. ALL that money, time, and focus to spread fear and hate… ALL that money spent on political efforts… ALL that money that could have helped feed and house people, help children learn about the dangers of drugs, … ALL that money that went to spread hate, fear, and intolerance. What a waste.
Here my favorite parody:

The apocalyptic consequences of two gay people in a loving relationship are too terrifying to imagine. Frankly, we’re crapping our pants at the prospect, and we know you are too. But you can help. Join our Brownbow Coalition. United by our shared bigotry and armed with idiotic TV ads, we will Restore Integrity to Marriage.
Here is a great response to NOM Gathering Storm:

Love Not Laws aspires to show that Margaret Mead was correct when she said “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
None of the people who appear in this video received any compensation for their time. None of the people who worked on this video received any compensation for their time. All materials used to create the video were donated. We simply came together to promote the ideals of love and equality.
And if NOM and the internet was around in the 1960′s…

Instead of homos.. it would have been blacks marring whites…
Odd.. we sometimes forget about freedoms of others once we get freedom for ourselves.
The puritans, the Mormons, women, native Americans, and African Americans.
